What is a Quality Circle ?

A group of people, not more than 9 persons, working in the same area or Department., who meet together on regular basis to identify, analyze and solve problems of quality, productivity, services and other problems by Q.C. concept, in their work area, leading to improvement in their total performance and enrichment of their worklife.

Basic Philosophy Behind Q.C.

• To let every one participate in improvement and development of working place and quality of their worklife.

• To make people respect to each other at work.

• To allow people bringing out their capability which has no limit.
