Dividend Payment Policy

Dividend payment policy of the Company is to distribute dividend of 20-35% of the net income based on separate financial statements, after making necessary provisions for reserves as may be required by the applicable laws and considering requirement of funds for future business plans as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors of the Company.
